Creative, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Solid understanding of content marketing principles
Good communication skill is a MUST
Good command in Mandarin and English, both speaking and writing
Real estate knowledge will be added advantage
Working experiences with youtuber and influencer will be added advantage

Responsibilities

Researching topics and generating ideas for video shooting content
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for content creation and writings for social media on personal and team branding content - XHS, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook
Monitoring and analyzing content performance to improve engagement and reach
Planning monthly content calendar for social media - XHS, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook
