Job Description

Roles:

Review and moderate user-generated content, including product listings, images, descriptions, reviews, and comments. Ensure all content complies with company policies, safety guidelines, and regional legal requirements. Identify and remove fraudulent, misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content. Evaluate product listings for accuracy, prohibited items, restricted goods, and policy violations. Monitor reported content and take appropriate action within defined SLA timelines. Flag and escalate complex or high-risk cases to the relevant teams (legal, compliance, risk). Maintain high accuracy and consistency in decision-making. Document findings and provide clear notes or feedback on moderation actions. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Seller Support, Compliance) when needed. Provide suggestions to improve moderation workflows, tools, and content policies.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent work experience). Experience in content moderation, customer service, e-commerce operations, or related fields is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments based on guidelines. Good command of English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage large volumes of content. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable handling sensitive or graphic content (depending on the platform's scope). Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
