Working hour: 24/7 (Rotational Shift)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
Generic & Behavioral Skills:
Diploma and above (with certificate)
Min 1 year experience in Customer Service/Content Moderation
Fresh graduates with good communication skill
Able to speak, write and read well in Mandarin
Good command over verbal & written English language
Prior work experience in an LPO/Regulatory work, Social Media platforms is a plus
Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries
Mature & analytical
High on teamwork and engagement

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
