Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Content Review:
Evaluate user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with company policies, community guidelines, and legal standards.Harmful Content Identification:
Flag and remove inappropriate materials such as hate speech, graphic images, spam, misinformation, and other prohibited content.User Support:
Respond to user reports and complaints, investigate issues thoroughly, and take appropriate action.Policy Enforcement:
Apply platform policies consistently and accurately when making decisions about content.Escalation:
Escalate complex, sensitive, or policy-violating cases to senior moderators or specialized departments for further review.Tool Utilization:
Use moderation tools to track, report, and resolve content violations efficiently.Policy Improvement:
Provide feedback and suggestions to help refine content moderation policies and procedures.Collaboration:
Work with other teams, including legal and support, to address content-related issues.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
