Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize, and execute content across multiple channels, including but not limited to websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that drives brand awareness, user engagement, and lead generation.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to ensure relevancy and effectiveness of content.
• Manage the content production process from conception to delivery, including writing, editing, proofreading, and publishing.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and improve online visibility.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in content production and digital marketing.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Producer, Content Writer, or similar role in the IT and Services industry.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content accordingly.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
