About Our Client



Our client is a designer toy company based in Hong Kong, specializing in high-quality collectible toys and toy-related products through collaborations with artists worldwide, while also integrating sales, marketing, and licensing strategies to expand local and international markets.

Job Scope:



Assist Licensing Managers in the implementation and administration of license agreements. Support day-to-day license management activities, including tracking agreement status and updates. Coordinate with the Regional Finance team on royalty reporting and financial analysis related to licensing. Work with the Creative Approval team to update Licensing Managers on licensees' product development status. Liaise with licensees to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Provide ad-hoc support related to licensing operations and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:



Degree or above in Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in licensing, contract administration, or a related field. Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Able to work accurately with contractual, financial, and operational information.
