Job Description


The objective is to make a thorough check for accuracy, completeness of documentation and adherence to all credit approval terms & conditions as well as legal and corporate regulations, and then to initiate quick disbursements to our suppliers; also to close contracts in the system quickly and manage customer file handling most efficiently.
Manage and maintain Retail contracts to completely secure company\'s credit right.

  • Reviewing and negotiating complex contracts related to automotive sales, distribution, and manufacturing with suppliers and vendors.
  • Collaborating with legal teams to ensure that contracts are legally sound and meet regulatory requirements specific to the automotive industry.
  • Ensuring that all contracts related to automotive industry are properly executed and documented, including tracking important deadlines and renewal dates.
  • Communicating industry contract terms and conditions to relevant stakeholders within the organization, including procurement, finance, and operations teams.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and compliance with contractual terms and conditions, and managing disputes or issues that arise.
  • Analyzing contracts specific to the automotive industry to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies, and making recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensuring that all automotive industry contracts comply with financial policies and procedures, including budgetary constraints and cost controls.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key automotive industry suppliers and vendors, and identifying potential new partnerships.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to automotive industry contract management and finance.

  • Minimum 3 years working experience
  • Minimum 2 years\' experience in automotive finance industry or consumer banking
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new culture and environment and to work with other departments
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail, figure-oriented, conscientious, careful, pro-active and accurate
  • Excellent knowledge of Work functions and processes of contract administration and legal documentation
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good in spoken and written English/ Cantonese /Mandarin/ Taiwanese and other local dialects
  • Excellent knowledge of Finance/Leasing Contract Management ERP
  • GCE A\'Levels
  • Degree holder, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
