Company Overview

The company specialises in design and building landscapes for famous Hotels, Theme Parks, Government Buildings, Schools, Private Housing Development (Low and High-Rise). It is one of the top landscape contractors in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Pre-Contract Administration

• Prepare tender estimations and quotations to clients

• Assist Contracts Manager for project budgets

• Attend tender interviews and briefings

• Responsible for Post-Contract Administration

• Cost comparisons for awards

• Sourcing and procurement of materials

• Subcontract awards and payment certifications

• Submission of claims, variation orders and final accounts

• Contract letter writing and contract document preparation

• Get all approvals for sample materials

• Timely procurement of samples for mock-up and prototypes

• O&M and As-Built for submissions

• Liaise with Legal Advisor (when required), Finance and Procurement

• Guide and monitor downline

• Guide downline for quality work and timely completion

• Guide downline on subcontractor awards, cost comparisons and measurements

• Guide downline on project budgeting and contractual letter writing

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Pre & Post Contract works

• 1 Junior and 1 Senior positions available

• Experience working with small or large Contractor / Design & Build

• Excellent communicator and possess impressive numeracy skills to handle the financial and mathematical demands of the role

• Able to multitask

• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia

• Willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor

• Working Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
