SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Oversee witness, monitor & update day-to-day site works and operation by the Contractor based on baseline schedule/work program.
• Ensure site works being carried out are in accordance with contract specifications, approved IFC drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate and validate site progress/activities whenever necessary.
• Identify/highlight any potential discrepancies, issues and abnormalities encountered during supervision.
• Possess the required competency to supervise day-to-day site works and operation in live substation.
• Possess good leadership skill and provide constructive feedbacks to the team for improvement.
• Actively participate in construction interfacing matters to ensure smooth process of construction.
• Ensure the quality processes are carried out in accordance with approved plan, standards and specifications, at the same time ensuring that the deliverables are meeting the required standard of quality.
• Have sufficient safety knowledge to handle construction site works especially on SEB Life Safety Rules (LSR).
• Prepare, compile and submit comprehensive and accurate relevant records of site activities to respective team.
• Keep and update project records, approved documents, mark up as-built drawings and correspondences.
• Available for post to site and carry out any other duties as may be required by superior from time to time.

• Strong commitment of responsibilities, hardworking, self-motivated, possess drive and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge in construction supervision. Well understand construction sequence, construction processes and procedure.
• Familiar with requirements on construction safety and construction quality, as well as local authority, regulatory and permitting requirements.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience or equivalence in the areas of Construction in Civil, Structural and Building Architecture.
