SCOPE OF SERVICE:

• Assist project team on day-to-day land and wayleave activities.
• Responsible to resolve any land & wayleave issues impacting project implementation immediately at the site and report the status to the project team.
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring progress of land acquisition process.
• Assist on setting up regular discussion/meeting between project team and land & wayleave team to resolve critical land issues impacting project implementation.
• Weekly and monthly land & wayleave issues reporting and monitoring the progress at the site.
• Assist in arranging and coordinating with project team/project service on Stakeholder Engagement government department, agencies, community leaders, landowners and land claimants to inform SEB\'s project planning, land acquisition policy by SEB, land & wayleave grievance channel and etc. to ensure smooth progress in project implementation.
• Assist to verify the crops counting and assessment of land damage, crops & improvement for payment purpose.
• Assist to prepare and compile supporting documentation/evidence required by organization for Legal Entry process.
• Support and attend Legal Entry Operation.
• To compile and report grievances through the Grievance Mechanism System.
• Assist in all other matters related to Land & Wayleave Strategy.
• Any other tasks related to work as assigned by project team.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• Managing internal and external stakeholder i.e. Asset Owners, Authorities bodies, Project Team, Contractors and Legal
• Meeting project original timeline when there are land and wayleave challenges faced during the land submission and acquisition phase.
• Complying with the Information Security Quality Manual (ISQM) and the ISMS, also the Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines.
• Complying with legal requirements of the job (Electricity Ordinance, Sarawak Land Code).
• Building rapport, cooperation and acceptance from external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Any recognize Diploma by Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.
• Min. 3 - 5 years of experience.
• Experience in Lands related matters is an added advantage.
• Adapt in multi-tasking, scheduling, and handling simultaneous projects.
