Contract for ServiceLocation: Malaysia (MY), Kuching, Miri, Bintulu & SibuCompany: Sarawak Energy Berhad, Retail (50034029), Smart Meter Project - AMI (50034298),Number of Openings: 20Job Category: ContractClosing Date: 14 July 2024SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• To complete daily assigned task on AMI & AMR operation according to the Company\'s PPG

& SOP.

• To compile daily report and submit to Supervisor daily.

o AMI Performance Report
o Inspection Report
o Daily Operation Report
o Any other report as & when requested by the management.

• To join & support Execution Action for difficult or inaccessible customers as & when directed.
• To ensure sufficient stocks (such as meters, seals etc) for daily operation.
• To ensure equipment (such as meter test set, tablet, digital camera, body worn camera etc) are managed properly for daily operation & to return to office at the end of each day.
• To ensure zero error in updating to SAP & Seal Management System for daily operation, either via MMMS or manual MIF.
• To ensure meters replaced & manual MIF are submitted to office at the end of each day.
• To ensure proper filing & storage of case files, manual MIF, photographs, correspondences, reports, maps and other document daily in the assigned portal.
• To assist from time to time in planning strategies to achieve the Company\'s objectives such as NTL & arrears collection.
• To assist in any other duties in order to achieve the Company\'s objectives.
• Assist management from time to time in operation job activities to achieve the corporate objective and departmental goals.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Certified competent in Wireman Grade 2
• Certified competent in Wireman Grade 1 will be an advantage.
• Polytechnic Certificate (Electrical) or SEB Training School Certificate (Electrical) or equivalent.
• Relevant technical experience on electrical wiring system, meter testing and meter installation are added advantages.
