  • Implementing and managing the vendor database system to support organizational needs and ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity of vendor profiles through regular audits and adherence to data quality standards.
  • Providing training and support to stakeholders on using the database effectively to meet operational requirements.
  • Generating and analyzing reports on vendor performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for vendor communications, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Organizing and facilitating vendor meetings and reviews to enhance collaboration and performance evaluation.
  • Implementing feedback mechanisms to gather vendor satisfaction insights and enhance relationship management.
  • Developing strategies to optimize vendor relationships, negotiate agreements, and align with organizational goals.
  • Monitoring vendor compliance with regulations, policies, and contractual obligations through audits and assessments.
  • Administering user access and permissions within the database, ensuring data security and performing regular maintenance to optimize system performance.

  • Integration Complexity: Ensuring seamless integration of the vendor database system with existing organizational systems and processes.
  • Data Accuracy and Integrity: Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity across vendor profiles amidst ongoing updates and changes.
  • Stakeholder Training and Support: Effectively train and support stakeholders with varying levels of technical proficiency in using the database system.
  • Vendor Communication Management: Managing diverse vendor communications effectively, including addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive relationships.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring vendors comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, conducting audits, and mitigating risks effectively.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):
  • Degree in Business, Management, Administrative Science, Engineering, Accounting, or any other relevant disciplines.
  • At least some work experience in related fields (relationship management, customer service, administration) with some exposure to Sarawak Energy\'s business.
