SCOPE OF SERVICE:

• Coordinate and perform front end engineering activities in the electrical area including technical feasibility studies, option evaluation, conceptual design, work scoping, and schedule & cost estimation.
• Prepare technical specifications and conduct technical evaluation of proposals.
• Perform technical studies and review technical reports.
• Review of engineering design including drawings and calculations.
• Conduct site inspection to ensure compliance of construction work to approved design.
• Develop standardisation of engineering design drawings and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement engineering design guidelines, checklists and lessons learnt.
• Develop and implement engineering management procedures and practices.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Degree in Electrical Engineering and registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
• Some experience and knowledge in electrical systems design, construction, testing and inspection, operation and maintenance, project management or construction management is an advantage.
• Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD and other engineering design software\'s experience and knowledge are an advantage.
