• To assist in planning the delivery of assigned tasks.
• To assist in tender document preparation
• To assist in procurement process and contract management.
• Preparing cost estimation and budgeting for assigned tasks.
• To assist in addressing internal and external stakeholder concerns or issues
• To coordinate & provide technical input & guidance for assigned tasks.
• Monitoring & reviewing consultants\' performance & deliverables.
• To assist in risk management
• To assist in project reporting

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• Ability to build effective relationships with SEB internal and external stakeholders.
• Well organized and ability to manage competing priorities to deadlines.
• Good risk management and seeking optimum balance between cost, time, & quality.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited institution in Civil Engineering
• Registered with BEM and IEM or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years\' experience in carrying out work related to civil engineering construction

or consultancy.

• Experience in project planning and development, especially for Hydro Electric Project will be an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English. Competence in Bahasa Malaysia, Indonesia and/or Mandarin is advantageous.
