SCOPE OF SERVICE:

• To develop and/or review hydro power plant's electrical, control & monitoring and protection equipment and/or system.
• Provide support to administration/management and work under Electrical and Mechanical Manager supervision and direction for the daily operation.
• To develop and implement Interface Management Plan for projects with other disciplines.
• To develop and implement QAQC Management Plan for projects with other disciplines.
• To collaborate with other discipline to develop hydro power plant's Standard Operating Procedure (if require)
• To coordination with consultants, internal/external stakeholders and other authorities for relevant issues.
• Prepare weekly/monthly report and other reports as and when required.
• Prepare annual training and development plan proposal for the team and monitor their training needs.
• Any other duties as and when instructed by Electrical & Mechanical Manager.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• Good knowledge of hydro power plant electrical, control & monitoring and protection equipment and/or system
• Familiar with power plant's system stability study.
• Familiar with other disciplines requirement such as dam surveillance system, seismic monitoring system, hydraulic conveyance flow monitoring system and etc.
• Good ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction methodology.
• Good knowledge of project administration skills and engineering technical skills
• Computer literate such as relevant engineering program, Microsoft program and AutoCAD
• Ability to interpret project planning and schedule.
• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Security Quality Manual (ISQM) and the ISMS roles and responsibilities procedure.

• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines.
• Willing to travel to remote area to work.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering Field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in hydro project construction and/or hydro power plant operation and maintenance.
