SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Conduct Front End Engineering activities in the Civil/Structural areas which include technical feasibility studies, options evaluation, conceptual design, work scoping, schedule planning and cost estimation.
• Prepare technical specifications/proposals and conduct tender evaluation & adjudication.
• Perform technical studies and prepare/review technical reports & management papers.
• Conduct site inspections during conceptual, preliminary design & construction stages and ensure compliance with technical requirements & approved work methodologies.
• Perform review of design calculations & drawings and ensure in accordance with the Codes & Standards and technical specifications.
• Assist in developing standardization design/processes/best practices.
• Coordinate & liaison with internal & external stakeholders on engineering matters.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Degree in Civil Engineering and registered with Board of Engineering Malaysia.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in civil/structural engineering design and construction.
• Relevant design and construction knowledge in transmission project will be an advantage.
• Possesses knowledge/skill in drafting/planning software such as AutoCAD & Google Earth will be an advantage.
