SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Monitoring the project progress and ensure that the work executed are within the cost, time and quality.
• Resolve project issue according to organizational policy, process and procedure.
• Reviewing the documents / design drawings / calculation submitted by the Contractors. Mainly for the M&E related design.
• Witnessing the testing and commissioning of various electrical equipment at site after installation
• Verifying that the test results is in compliance with the contract requirements.
• Ensuring that the work executed at site are according to the requirements stated in the Contract Specifications.
• Quality check on the site installation.
• Assisting in coordinating with internal stakeholder on the design drawing / documents / calculation submission as well as arranging design coordination meeting whenever necessary.
• Liasing with relevant internal/external stakeholder whenever necessary pertaining the installation, commissioning and testing.
• Monitoring the design change, calculation and drawing submission.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• Managing internal and external stakeholder i.e. Asset Owners, Authority bodies, Consultants and Contractors.
• Meeting project original timeline when there is scope creep to the project work scope.
• Working in a project team matrix environment
• Dealing with multi-national companies on project quality activities.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
