• To support Senior Manager to develop overall project permitting requirement & strategies in ensuring permitting matters are resolved in timely manner.
• To assist the Senior Manager to verify the project\'s permitting requirements, including processes, personnel, regulatory changes, location of permitting authority and the estimated time to go through the process.
• To assist the Senior Manager and Stakeholder Manager to identify for any major cost or schedule impacts due to permitting requirements (local, district, state or federal).
• To assist the Senior Manager to ensure that all projects follow relevant permitting at each project phases.
• To assist the Senior Manager in project stakeholder analysis and its engagements processes which are related to permitting authority.
• To communicate and provide direction to project managers, multi discipline team leaders, owner\'s engineers, consultants, contractor, safety officers and asset owners on permitting requirements.
• To assist the Senior Manager to review permitting documents to assure compliance with regulatory compliance, health, safety, and environment.
• To develop Tender/Contract Specifications for project packages and to translate the permitting requirements into the tender/contract specifications.
• To coordinate with central Regulatory and Permitting Team on any related issues pertaining regulatory and permitting.
• To assist in all other matters related to Stakeholder & Permitting.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Security Quality Manual (ISQM) and the ISMS roles and responsibilities procedure.
• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines.
• Where projects are fast-tracked as the trend appears to be, the job involves concentrated effort of long vigorous hours to rush each phase of the project.
• Willing to work at a remote location and out station for long duration when necessary.
• External Stakeholder management (community leaders, DO, RO, elected federal & state representatives)
• Interface with corporate function in SEB including L&W, CE, PMT, HSSE, CSR, Corp Comm and GREMP when necessary.
• Lead to resolve regulatory & permitting requirements affecting capital projects.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Any recognized Degree in any relevant field, preferably with Project Management experience.
• 7-10 years working experience in Project Management, Social Management, Stakeholder Management and Regulatory Bodies.
