SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• To support the Project Service Manager and Senior Manager and to develop overall project permitting requirement and strategies for all transmission line projects.
• To support the Project Service Manager and Senior Manager to verify the permitting requirements, including processes, personnel, regulatory changes, schedules, location of permitting authority and the estimated time to go through the process.
• To support the Project Service Manager and Senior Manager to identify for any major cost or schedule impacts due to any local, district, state, federal, country's codes or permitting requirements.
• To support the Project Service Manager and Senior Manager to ensure that all projects follow relevant permitting at each project phases.
• To support the Manager in project stakeholder analysis and its engagements processes which are related to permitting authority.
• To communicate with project managers, multi discipline team leaders, owner's engineer consultants, safety officers and asset owner managers on permitting requirements and management report.
• To support the Project Service Manager to review related permitting documents to assure compliance with health, safety, environment, security plan and permitting.
• To support the Project Services Manager in developing Tender/Contract Specifications for project packages and to translate the permitting requirements into the tender/contract specifications.
• To act as focal operational liaison person between Project Team with internal and key external stakeholder to ensure on effective operational communication between Project Team, internal and external stakeholder.
• To ensure that all projects are incompliance with relevant permitting at each project phases.
• To support Project Delivery Digitalization efforts.
• To ensure that all projects in compliance with relevant permitting and regulation at each project phases.
• To perform permitting and manpower compliance audit at all project sites, including interfacing and coordinating with other team such as Project Team, HSSE and across corporate functions.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Security Quality Manual (ISQM) and the ISMS roles and responsibilities procedure.
• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines.
• Where projects are fast-tracked as the trend appears to be, the job involves concentrated effort of long vigorous hours to rush each phase of the project.
• Willing to work at a remote location and out station when necessary.
• External Stakeholder management (JIM, CM Office, JTK, SDMC, MUNDER, L&S, DO, RO)
• Interface with corporate function in SEB including L&W, HSSE, and Security, when necessary.
• Support PD resolve foreign manpower issues affecting project schedule.
• Support PD corporate function team to resolve related matters on regulatory bodies.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Any recognized Degree in any relevant field, preferably with Project Management experience.
• 7-10 years working experience in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Regulatory and Permitting.
