Responsibilities

Handling day-to-day operations independently.
Daily interactions with customers and vendors on delivery status.
To ensure the maintenance of proper records of all deliveries and truck movements on a daily basis.
To work closely with the Merchandise/ Sales Department in meeting customer requirements on smooth and timely delivery of all customer orders.
Manage customer and vendor complaints.
Data creation and entries.
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
To undertake any other assignments assigned by Superior from time to time.
