Minimum Job Requirements:



Education -

University graduate in a relevant discipline

Experience -

Minimum 5+ years of relevant working experience. Experience in vendor, contract management, or procurement functions. Experience with contracts. Experience with statement of work drafting.

Skills -

Knowledge of contracts and clauses Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in dynamic environment Detail oriented Project delivery focus with ability to engage with cross functional teams

Roles and Responsibilities:



Follow the Group Technology IT Contract Management Guidelines (where applicable), AIA Group Intercompany Transactions Finance Governance Standard, and other AIA's Policies, Standards, or process that may be applicable.

Key responsibilities include:

Implementing new intragroup agreements between AIA shared services entities and AIA business units. Renewing, extending, and amending existing intragroup agreements. Reviewing and drafting intragroup agreement SOWs for IT services. Collaborating with various stakeholders involved with in-sourcing projects. Collaborating with various technical IT stakeholders that are involved with preparing operational, services, and general IT content for inclusion in intragroup SOWs. Managing communications with key stakeholders and business units. Leading and participating in conversations between shared services entities and business units. Understanding and applying the AIA Group Intercompany Transactions Finance Governance Standard to intragroup agreements being implemented. Maintaining an accurate tracker of intragroup agreements being implemented, covering the different contracting phases from drafting, to reviewing with the business units, and finally execution. Advising stakeholders on contract status, questions, and clause interpretations. Maintaining an accurate agreement repository with all documents and emails stored for future reference. Engaging with other Contract Management team members and functional stakeholders as required (e.g., Finance, Risk, Tax). Stamping intragroup agreements where required by Malaysia law. Coordinating and participating in meetings. Using existing intragroup agreement templates.

Pay: RM6,254.20 - RM13,000.00 per month
