To implement, control and manage the project to meet project\'s target completion within cost, time, quality & safety requirement. To search and invite supplier / sub-contractor to submit quotation / proposal according to tender requirements. Understanding types of contractual agreement & building procurement. To manage and coordinate project related contractual matters, including progress claim. Perform quantity take-off when required. Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary. Qualifications : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.
