At Intrepid our Contracting team ensures our success by providing competitive prices, building strong relationships with suppliers with a goal to secure the most advantageous contract terms. They also build a suite of suitable product options to ensure our sales teams can create itineraries based on customer needs.
As a Contracting Assistant you will assist in establishing and maintaining our contracting systems and processes, you\'ll complete product research, and then load and price products for internal and external clients.
This is a full-time position located in Kota Kinabalu which operates on a hybrid basis.
Some of the experience you will bring will you may include:
Knowledge of products, suppliers, destinations, and the travel industry high advantageous
2+ years of working experience in travel industry
Highly systems literate
Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English
Undergraduate and graduate degrees would be an advantage
You will have outstanding communication and first-class people skills. This role requires you to be highly organised, with great attention to detail, but most importantly you\'ll share Intrepid\'s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility.
