Contracting Assistant

The Position:

The Contracting team at Intrepid help ensure Intrepid\'s success by providing competitive prices, establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to secure the most advantageous contract terms. The team also builds a stock of suitable product options to enable the Sales team and Intrepid Brands to create itineraries based on customer needs. You will assist in establishing and maintaining contracting systems and processes which align with the global business. You\'ll also complete product research, loading and pricing for internal as well as external clients.

This is a full-time position located in Kota Kinabalu which operates on a hybrid basis.

A passion for travel is a must-have! With it you\'ll bring:

Knowledge of product, suppliers, destinations and the travel industry in local region

2+ years working experience in travel industry

Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail

Highly systems literate

Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English

Undergraduate and graduate degrees would be an advantage

You will have outstanding communication and first-class people people skills. This role requires you to be highly organised and be able to work well under pressure.
