Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & check pre-tender estimates and monitor the whole tender process
• Conduct tender interview and clarification and to evaluate tender reports
• Prepare Contract Award Proposal and Letter of Award
• Prepare tender schedule and award contracts as per the project development program
• Attend site valuations and site measurements for progress claims and payment certifications
• Verify variation orders, cost control & final accounts and to ensure all contracts administration in compliance with ISO 9001 procedures

Requirements :

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• At least 2 years\' relevant experience in contracts management, preferably with consultants, contractors and property developers.
• Ability to handle and run whole contract administration process
• Good organizational and time management skills
• A good team player and pro-active person with attention to details.
