Job Description

• Candidate must possess a least aCertificate, Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in or the related field in construction or property development industry
• Computer literate with proficient in major Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Glodon Software (MUST) & AutoCAD
• Able to work independently and efficiency with less supervision.
• Experience in pre-qualification exercise, tender bids and preparing quotations
• Pleasant personality, independent, hardworking and energetic person with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to join immediately
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malay
• Full time position(s) available.

Responsibilities

• To assist in carrying out tender process involving: Call quotation and do comparison.
• To conduct quantity take-off and site valuation and check on detailed accurate measurement by consultants
• To monitor project schedule, planning, organize, co-ordinate & manage cost control
• To prepare and submit progress Main Progress Claims and Sub- Contractor Claim.
• Resolve on variations orders issue.
• Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers on contract matters
• Site visits and attend site meetings.
• Establish database for costs, material & supply sources.
• Preparing necessary report.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.
