KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - CONTROL TOWER

Monitor all truck movements in real time using GPS tracking systems. Coordinate closely with CSE drivers and external transport vendors to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations. Provide real time updates on truck locations, delivery status and any operational disruptions. Maintain accurate and up to date records of daily truck statuses, movements and exceptions. Share ROT or trip instructions to drivers at least 1 day earlier prior to dispatch. Ensure all drivers wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during loading and unloading activities. Support drivers with clear instructions and last minute changes to delivery plans. Check and verify CIPL, Singapore permits and ensuring all documents are finalized and ready before arranging trucks. Coordinate with the DMO team to ensure customs clearance forms are prepared earlier as the trucks need to clear customs within 1 hour. Communicate with the customer's agent to ensure they are prepared to clear our truck if the customs clearance is handled by another agent. Verify that the cargo loaded on the truck tallies with the quantity and description stated in the Commercial Invoice and Packing List (CIPL). Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) via CSE qfleet system and share them with drivers before the truck arrives at delivery point. Ensure driver to get the DO, Customs Forms and SG permit endorsed. Instruct drivers to take and share photos before, during, and after loading and offloading. Compile all delivery documentation including endorsed customs forms and email them over to the Customer Service (CS) team "immediately" upon job completion. Generate weekly and monthly reports on delivery and overall fleet efficiency. Other will be ad-hoc basis

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
