We are looking for someone with:

Possess at least a degree in accounting or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, CIMA).

At least 12 years of relevant working experience in finance/accounting/auditing.

Strong accounting and financial reporting skills

Candidate possesses life insurance experience will be an added advantage.

In depth knowledge of MFRSs and experience in performing variance analysis.

Possess good inter-personal and communication skill, including writing skills.

Self-motivated, able to work independently and a dynamic team player.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a requirement.

On the job you will:

Manage monthly & quarterly book closing (GL)

Manage all aspect of Investment Link Fund accounting

Involved in financial management reporting

Review and maintain management controls for financial closing and reporting process.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, MFRSs and any other financial related requirements.

Provide support for various projects and other duties as assigned.
