About our Client
This is an established European MNC in Selangor with a well-loved range of consumer products, not just locally but at a global level. They are currently in an expansion phase with the offering of new products and is looking to strengten their Finance & Accounting function with the hiring of an experienced Controlling Manager. They have a close-knitted team and are looking for someone dynamic, adaptive and able to handle a fast-paced environment to join this team.

Responsibilities
This Controlling Manager role will oversee and manage the FP&A and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) division in their Finance department under the leadership of the Head of Finance. You will manage a lean team of 3-4 headcount and build capabilities on commercial and business analysis. In your role, you will business partner and work closely with the Sales and Marketing team on financial and performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, identifying revenue drivers and driving collaboration between functions. You will also lead process improvement initiatives through automation and usage of Power BI tools.

Skills and Experience Required

You will need 8-10 years experience in a progressive role relevant to this position within Finance, Commercial Finance & FP&A. Applicants should also have experience in the FMCG/Retail industry and at least a Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification. This position also requires strong stakeholder managment and the ability to think strategically from a commercial perspective with strong foundation in controlling. You will need good people skill and be adaptable.
