Cooking and Preparation:
Following recipes to prepare and cook various food items, utilizing common Western cooking methods such as sauteing, roasting, grilling, and boiling.
Quality Control:
Monitoring food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure dishes meet high standards of taste and presentation.
Kitchen Operations:
Operating standard kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
Hygiene and Safety:
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the work station, washing and disinfecting tools and equipment, and following food safety procedures (e.g., "First In First Out" procedure).
Support:
Assisting other kitchen staff as needed and supporting the overall kitchen operations.
