Position: Coordinator, Air Freight Export, PEN (Implant)

Working Hours/Day: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday

Working Location: Jalan A7, Kulim Hi-tech, 09000 Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Salary: Basic up to RM3,500 (Based on qualifications & experiences) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

:

  • Represent the organization to provide operational advice & expertise in the form of customer service to ensure both internal and external clients\' requirements are fulfilled.
  • Operate on customer\'s premises and assure all kind of services linked to shipping and logistics on behalf of customer.
  • The Implant coordinates and concentrates on one single point for the customer\'s different shipping requests.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Raise shipment order from company upon receive shipping invoice and packing list from the customer.
  • Process booking in CW1 and create transportation with hauler.
  • Provide complete flight confirmation details to customer.
  • CW1 shipment milestones are promptly updated till the shipment complete at destination / POD consignee door. (depends on the shipping incoterm)
  • Save related shipping documents and email in CW1 edocs.
  • Send pre-advise to relevant parties, eg, customers, destination offices.
  • Daily shipment tracking report update to Customer.
  • Assist customer on physical cargo picking, packing and labeling.
  • Adherence to all customer specific SOP\'s and relevant standard process / procedure.
  • Observe customer\'s in-house safety and security rules.
  • Weekly reporting back to airport office on work activities assigned at customer premise.
  • Report back to airport office if there is any an escalation from customer.

Job Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations
  • Technical Skills - (e.g. Cargowise, SAP, TMS, Microsoft 365)
