Job Description
- Organizing and oversee communication campaigns and promotional events.
- Assist the Manager of Event & Promotion in execution sales & marketing plans.
- Deliver all events with good planning and coordination to meet events\xe2\x80\x99 goals and expected results.
- Identify potential problems and take preventive action to ensure events and functions proceed as planned successfully.
- Coordinate event planning meetings across relevant teams and ensure follow-up action are taken accordingly.
- Evaluate outcomes of events for continuous improvement in planning and organizing of events.
- Promote and assist in all sales launches, marketing activities, events and promotions.
- Assist on all administrative duties within the Department such as preparation of documents, filing and etc.
- Posses own transport and willing to travel Klang Valley or outstation when necessary.
- 6 days work.
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Contract 1 year.
- Age range: below 30 years old.
- Male only.
- Cheras: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
