1. Report to the Security Manager 2. Write or review security-related documents, incident reports etc and make necessary recommendations 3. Assist in coordinating security operation and activities with law enforcement agencies, fire department and other government agencies 4. Assist in Emergency Response Team (ERT) and become an active member 5. Respond to students on medical emergency, police and immigration issues 6. Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches 7. Supervise and monitor the performance of security staff provided by the security company 8. Monitor and control the activities of the ERT vehicle Requirements: -Candidates must possess at least a STPM/Diploma. Bachelor Degree will be an added advantage. -At least 2 years working experience in administration -Familiar with OSH and/or Emergency procedures -Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels with good communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must. Proficiency in other dialects or languages will be an added advantage
