Job Title:Coordinator, Shared Services AR:The Role:Account receivable for China Shanghai and Singapore (eCHN).In this role you will:Processes invoices and collections in SAP, assists team in working with Shipping, Global Customer Service personnel and customers to resolve discrepancies, old invoices, and aged residual valuesMaintains acceptable DSO as determined by the Finance organizationResearch items and makes adjusting journal entries as necessary; downloads SAP report to complete audit workpapersPrepares reconciliations for assigned accounts within BlacklineProvides support to internal and external audit and serves as SAP super userParticipates in Entegris continuous quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction.Traits we believe make a strong candidate:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent combination training and experience; a minimum two-year progressive experience.Proficiency in both written and verbal in English.Ability to make decisions and problem solve based on SAP knowledge and in collaboration with internal and external partners.Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the Global Accounts Receivable team, Finance department and overall organizationExperience in SAP and Excel.Your success will be measured by:People and Teamwork: Effectively partner with Customer Service, Customers and Global counterparts to drive results.Accountability, Integrity, and Trust: Trusted team member who is accountable for the AR processes, policies, and results of the team.Creativity and Innovation: Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies across the department.Dedication to Excellence: This position would be the involved in projects, implementation, and SAP test work.
