JOB PURPOSEWe are seeking a versatile Copywriter and Social Media Strategist to join our team, driving content creation and social media initiatives. You\'ll craft compelling copy tailored to our brand voice and optimise it for maximum engagement using SEO best practices. Collaborating closely with the Social Media Strategist Team alongside the Community & Partnership Team, you\'ll generate user-centric content, foster community engagement, and drive innovative campaigns across various digital platforms. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for social media trends, you\'ll play a key role in enhancing our online presence and driving meaningful interactions.KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES1. Creative Content Development:

  • Craft compelling copy and content tailored for various digital platforms, including but not limited to social media, website, EDMs, and etc, ensuring alignment with Taylor\'s brand voice and objectives.
  • Utilise SEO best practices to optimise content for maximum reach and engagement across all social media platforms.
  • Integrate corporate messaging and product positioning seamlessly across social media copy and content and other digital platforms.
  • Streamline content for digital assets to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility across all content and social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and voice.
  • Write clear, concise, and attention-grabbing copy that resonates with the target audience.
  • Review and edit content to maintain consistency and clarity across all channels.
  • Stay updated on digital copywriting trends and industry insights to continuously elevate creative output.
  • Collaborate with the Community Editor to expand on articles, leveraging community insights and feedback.
2. Community Engagement and Collaboration:
  • Generate user-centric content that fosters meaningful interactions and encourages user-generated content as part of the social media strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to brainstorm innovative concepts and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Craft engaging and thoughtful responses to comments, messages, and replies across digital platforms to maintain a positive brand presence.
  • Conduct research and interviews to gather insights and stories that resonate with the audience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments, understanding their goals and aligning content strategies to drive results.
  • Provide constructive feedback and contribute ideas to enhance collaboration andcontent quality.
3. Social Media Strategy and Management:
  • Work closely with Social Media Strategist to prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media traffic, engagement, and ROI.
  • Continually review campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimise performance.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

JOB SPECIFICATIONSMinimum Qualification
  • EDUCATION: Bachelor\'s degree in general field with emphasis on social media, writing, or equivalent experience,
  • EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years proven experience within publishing media, creative or contributing editor.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong command in English and Mandarin, preferably including Malay.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and understanding of social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of SEO skills/principles.

  • Good communication, presentation and creative writing skills, especially in English, Mandarin, and Malay, to address a broad spectrum of colleagues, external partners, and target audience, with proven ability to develop variety of content marketing materials that reflects our brand voice.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar in all three languages.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
  • Data-driven thinking with strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in utilising social media management tools and content creation platforms.
  • Ability to synthesise information from a variety of sources to develop well-researched, sound solutions to problems.
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Great understanding and knowledge of online content strategy and creation.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Thorough and precise in their work with good attention to detail.
