-Strong understanding of industry trends, culture, and the companys vision, mission, and legacy, as well as its products, is essential for maintaining the corporate brand identity.

-Establish a solid corporate brand that reflects the companys corporate philosophy and legacy by designing and reinforcing a strong corporate identity and brand strategy.

-Research, analysis, and completing surveys on corporate brand audits, brand performance, and communication efforts that include transparent reporting on developments.

-Give direction and leadership for corporate branding, placing a strong emphasis on team building, coaching, and the creation of relevant reports.

-Ensure that the budget, performance standards, and work schedules are followed in order to advance the companys corporate branding.

-Create brand initiatives, advertising campaigns, and marketing strategies.

-Evaluate, analyse, and assess consumer trends, market and brand trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour. Modify and adjust the marketing strategy and plans to the changing needs of the market and the competitive environment.

-Maintains vibrancy for the brands through relevant renovation while ensuring customer centricity, applying innovation levers, contributing to, and carrying out an innovation pipeline.

-Lead the group in developing new products or preparing for the launch of a new brand.

-Establish strategic alliances with important stakeholders and productive cross-functional cooperation
Requirements

-A minimum of bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferable.

-At least 10 years of working experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management, preferably worked in MNC and public listed company

-Cross-functional cooperation demonstrated

-Experience managing a brand across multiple markets

-Creative thinker and problem solver

-Strong communication skills

-Solid project management knowledge and expertise

-Strategic thinker with the ability to spot long-term possibilities and trends
