\xc2\xb7 Reports to Head Chef \xc2\xb7 Responsible for ensuring all outlets\xe2\x80\x99 Kitchen Manager to ensure all SOPs are adhered to and KPIs are met. \xc2\xb7 Provides training and direction to kitchen staff, ensuring execution of all employee duties. \xc2\xb7 Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times. \xc2\xb7 Monitors kitchen operations to ensure compliance with local authorities\xe2\x80\x99 regulations. \xc2\xb7 Ensures products are stored at the correct temperatures and the recipe books are up to date with current menu items, portions, and ingredients. \xc2\xb7 Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service. \xc2\xb7 Anticipates, identifies, and corrects any issues with inventory, systems, and staffing. \xc2\xb7 Adhere to quality control \xc2\xb7 Control perishables and spoilage and overall cost of kitchen operations Requirements - Minimum 10 years culinary experience in F&B or Hospitality industry - Minimum 6 years experience in International Chained F&B brands - Willing to travel to outlets location when required - Proven track record of culinary experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
