1. CORPORATE COMMMUNICATIONS
1.1 Corporate Communication Strategy Planning
-Develop corporate communication strategy policy and guideline for our group to increase brand awareness and align with corporate strategy. Ensure integrated and aligned communications activities across all key stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 audience.
1.2 Internal Communications
-Maintain regular and timely internal communication with employees e.g. CEO message, employee townhall. Provide counsel and internal source of expertise to management and other functions on internal & external communication, and issues management.
1.3 Digital Communication Planning
Developing and maintaining digital tools to enable the company to communicate effectively with internal and external audiences.
1.4 Corporate Reporting
- Lead the content development and production of annual report.
- Support in sustainability report.
2. CORPORATE BRANDING
2.1 Brand Guardian
Act as the \xe2\x80\x98corporate brand guardian\xe2\x80\x99 to create & maintain brand image across all external & communications.
2.2 Corporate Messaging
Manage corporate information that will be released to public alignment with corporate brand image. Enhance corporate branding through official corporate channels including website, LinkedIn, and annual report publications.
3. PUBLIC RELATIONS
3.1 Reputation Management
Develop proactive public relations policy and guideline to align with corporate strategy and to enhance organizational reputation.
3.2 Public Relations Management
Develop guideline and approve speeches, articles, and public statements that will be releases to the media or public. Monitor markets and competitors in order to analyze the situation and to develop public relations plan.
3.3 Crisis Communication Strategy & Planning
Maintain a robust issues and crisis communications guideline for our group. Foresee and manage crises communications, as well as protecting our corporate brand image through crisis preparedness, monitoring and response plan.
4. STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
4.1 Media and Investors Relations
Lead Media and Investor relations via regular engagement.
4.2 Consumer and Public Affairs
Effective management of consumers feedback and general inquiries. Build corporate relations through collaboration and sponsorship support to key stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 groups
4.3 Internal Client Relationship Management
Manage relationships and act as a business partner to other functions/business units, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and provide the appropriate support to them in delivering business strategy and plans.
