Conduct thorough research and financial analysis for business proposals.
Assist with due diligence and review legal documents related to investments.
Create analysis templates and checklists to improve tracking and efficiency.
Help prepare feasibility studies for new investments and develop detailed working papers.
Perform scenario analysis to understand how different strategies might affect the target company\xe2\x80\x99s finances.
Evaluate the financial viability and risks of proposed investments and provide recommendations.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including auditors, tax advisors, and lawyers.
Take on additional projects or tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalents.
Good and hands-on experience in handling full set of account closing.
Process sound accounting knowledge and corporate finance working experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an audit firm and PLC is preferable.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia preferred as the role required to deal with our subsidiary companies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paces environment, processes strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
