They offer IPO advisory, capital structure assistance, investor relations, and strategic planning.Corporate Finance ExecutiveAs Corporate Finance Executive you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our client financial operations. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of corporate finance activities to ensure the client\'s financial health and sustainability.Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and restructuring activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of financial documents and disclosures required for IPO processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely completion of IPO-related tasks and milestones.
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to support strategic decision-making and investor relations.
• Monitor financial performance against established targets and recommend corrective actions as needed.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• 0- 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles, preferably in IPO or capital markets transactions.
• Fresh graduates are wlecome to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, and other relevant software applications.
