Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the Corporate Finance Manager for all aspects of corporate finance issues pertaining to listed companies of the Group including planning, facilitating, and completing all corporate exercise such as acquisition/disposal, restructuring and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to prepare of regional account and financial information and full set of accounts and financial report such as Management report, quarterly report, financial year end report and annual report. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to prepare of announcements, circulars, submissions and offering documents for the Corporate Finance transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to prepare the presentation to board of directors and shareholders as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to prepare to monitor the Company\'s statutory obligations with Bursa Securities, the Securities Commission and other regulatory bodies are met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to coordinate with all regional subsidiaries in compiling all the month end data and prepare the consolidation worksheet. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties and assignments as instructed by superior from time to time. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, ACCA or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in audit will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and interpersonal skill.
