As a corporate planning assistant manager, you will be part of the FP&A team covering the regional business across APAC.
Lead in the monthly,quarterly and annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning - reviewing financial assumptions and highlighting any risk/issues.
Perform detailed analysis of actual results versus budget / forecast and reporting key findings to the business.
Prepare monthly reporting materials (business level) and presentation to business heads on analysis.
Look into improvement measure for current operational process
Corporate Development - Identify, evaluate, structure and negotiate on potential M&A deals
Drive the entire acquisition process (negotiation to due diligence) and working with other stakeholders
Design and implement DOA
Any other adhoc projects that falls within scope

The ideal candidate will be confident in handling the responsibilities above and must possess the below requirements;
At least 4-5 years of experience in finance/corporate planning or strategic planning
Experience in product development / operating process re engineering
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong commercial and business acumen
Work experience in M&A
