Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Be assigned to FP&A team under Corporate Planning

\xc2\xb7 Role of FP&A team is to support decision making and execution at entire company level and business unit level based on the expertise of accounting/financial and strategic thinking. FP&A is a business partner of senior management and business heads.

\xc2\xb7 The company currently operates multiple businesses in 17 countries in APAC. Under increasing diversity and complexity, the needs to support senior management and business heads in terms of not only company/business strategy planning but also execution is increasing.

\xc2\xb7 In addition to supporting company-wide management, FP&A support for specific business units out of 5 ones is included in the roles and responsibilities.

\xc2\xb7 Business unit level strategy planning and execution support

\xc2\xb7 Lead specific business strategy planning, including discussion with business heads and preparing materials for their decision-making

\xc2\xb7 Manage and execute budgeting and forecasting at business level

\xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly reporting materials in relation to business progress and give sharp implications to business heads through analysis

\xc2\xb7 Design and monitor KPIs which fit to the business strategy

\xc2\xb7 Improve operational process to enable the above activities by collaborating with BPR team under Corporate Planning

\xc2\xb7 Corporate development

\xc2\xb7 Take the lead in identifying, evaluating, structuring, and negotiating potential M&A in conjunction with business unit leaders

\xc2\xb7 Drive day-to-day management of the acquisition process from negotiation and due diligence through integration

\xc2\xb7 Lead cross-functional teams in executing and integrating due diligence and transactions (e.g. Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Business) and executing projection/valuation Others.

\xc2\xb7 Organize and facilitate Executive Committee meetings and the similar.

\xc2\xb7 Design and implement Delegation of Authority.

\xc2\xb7 Ad-hoc projects to deal with company-level material matters.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 At least 4 to 5 years\' relevant working experience related to finance/corporate planning or strategic planning

\xc2\xb7 Experience on product development or operating process reengineering or other business support

\xc2\xb7 Analytical ability and insight enabling to find implication to business strategy based on financial data

\xc2\xb7 Commercial and business acumen and ability of understanding multiple business models and their strategy deeply

\xc2\xb7 Effective written and oral English communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Persistence and strong sense of responsibility/ownership to complete everything to end

\xc2\xb7 Self-driven and passionate professional

\xc2\xb7 Advanced analysis and data process skill using MS Office Excel, Power Pivot
