Proven experience (3 years) in a business development, corporate sales or key account management with a track record of success
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead robust team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Source for new clients by networking into related distributor and reseller such as FMCG, Food & Beverage market)
Act as the brands\' ambassador, serving as their primary point of contact during and post-sales
Identify new business opportunities to increase sales locally and in international B2B market showcasing our product such as gift set and customized sachets among others
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients
Conduct weekly calls, trade shows, sales training, customer presentations and sampling of products
Work closely with internal departments such as operations and logistics to ensure quality service to clients
Other ad-hoc task as provided by Management from time to time
