Job Description

To assist in managing a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients. Preparation of directors' and shareholders' minutes and resolutions Incorporation of companies Lodgement of returns and documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other regulatory bodies Maintaining and updating statutory registers Assist with day-to-day filing and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:




Fresh graduate Familiar with Companies Act 2016would be added advantage Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage. * Willingness to learn, good attitude with commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
