We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant to support our Corporate Secretarial team. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who are eager to learn about company compliance, corporate governance, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining company records, registers, and filing documents.
Support the preparation of meeting documents (agendas, minutes, resolutions).
Help with statutory filings and basic compliance tasks under guidance.
Communicate with clients, auditors, and government authorities as required.
Provide general administrative support, including document management and data entry.
Learn and follow corporate secretarial procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior staff.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
