JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Review group CSR policy and implement the process within the organization.
Establishes the proper strategy & good practices for training local employees on sustainability issues and challenges.
Study and help implement best practices for packaging, water and energy.
Responsible for social and ethnics policy.
Strives to understand and explain technical aspects of CSR, including agricultural, industrial, renewable energy, environmental, carbon footprint, ethical as well as social.
Motivating for people to learn from and get involved in CSR activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

5 years in CSR or similar field,
Exposure in agriculture industry would be added advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business & department heads is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work at Rawang.
