\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: A MNC companyIndustry: ManufacturingLocation: TTDI (near to MRT TTDI)Tenure: Permanent (Monday - Friday)Salary: Basic Salary + Bonus + with hybrid working arrangementResponsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Oversee monthly and yearly financial closings, including budgeting and forecasting\xc2\xb7 Monthly financial performance analysis eg. cost and revenue explanation, company monthly expenditure explanation and etc\xc2\xb7 Generate monthly manufacturing reports, assessing budget vs. actual discrepancies usingvarious techniques, analyst and explanation\xc2\xb7 Building controls to ensure correct bill of materials (BOM) set-up, validation of BOM set-up and managing costs roll-up\xc2\xb7 Ensure alignment of local processes and compliance\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate with production and operations team for product cost analyst, product costexplanation and others analysis request by management\xc2\xb7 Manage product costing for new and existing products, collaborating with other departments\xc2\xb7 Lead production-related projects, aiming to streamline and standardise KPIs through various information systems\xc2\xb7 Overseeing BOM/Routing in the ERP system, ensuring cost accuracy and consistency forboth new and existing products\xc2\xb7 Manage stock valuation, providing insights into stock movement and recommending process enhancements\xc2\xb7 Others cost and revenue analysis or reporting for the GroupRequirements:\xc2\xb7 5-10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position\xc2\xb7 Preferably in manufacturing environment with evidence of exceptional ability\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and communication skills, particularly in summarising findings in numbers\xc2\xb7 Willingness to learn and ability to meet deadlines\xc2\xb7 Practical knowledge and/or experience in the application of different costing methodology such as standard costing, activity-based costing\xc2\xb7 Computer Literate - Advance Microsoft Excel skills/complex Excel formulas, in handlingextensive volumes of data and analyse financial data using advance function, graphs, datatables, calculations and automation.\xc2\xb7 Experience with manufacturing ERP system is highly preferred\xc2\xb7 Good Interpersonal competencies, attention to details and hands on person\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and in the team with minimum supervision\xc2\xb7 Immediate availability is highly preferredIf you are interested in the position, kindly apply directly online by clicking on the \xe2\x80\x9cApply\xe2\x80\x9d button or visit our job portal at https://eps.my/jobseekers/Sub Specialization : Finance;Accountant;Costing
