- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic cash handling and computer skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Work Location: Gurney Paragon Branch (Jalan Perusahaan, Bukit Tengah, Penang)
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly service experience.
- Introduce experience packages and membership plans to customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about drift karts.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.
- Assist the team with other daily operational tasks.
