Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Country Manager is expected to build the Malaysian operations from 0 to 1. The Country Manager will hire across all functions including Sales, Marketing, operations, customer service and build the entire Malaysian team from scratch.
Experience Required:
- Must have fluency in Chinese or English on top of their native language
- 3+ Years\' experience in IB sales
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Experience in building sales teams at a successful CFD company operating in the region
- Experience in ongoing recruitment and training of sales staff
- Have existing IB resources or sales teams that they can bring into the company
- Can bring forth a strategy of how the company can expand their IB networks in the said market Experience with Unit Testing
- Possess existing networks and teams to kick start us in the region
